The 2021 Baldrige Fall Conference will be held virtually on October 21- 22, 2021. This interactive, live virtual conference features presentations from national and state Baldrige Award recipients--including 2020 Baldrige recipients-- sharing their proven performance management practices and real-world insights into navigating forward.
Join us virtually for live presentations. Conference attendees will have access to all presentations in our digital library through November 26, 2021.
On Thursday, October 22, attendees can choose from four morning and afternoon pre-conference workshops, Getting Acquainted with Baldrige in the morning, Unpacking the Feedback Report at mid-day, and Intermediate Baldrige: Moving from Interest to Action and Writing the Organizational Profile in the afternoon.
Workshops are sold separately and are not a pre-requisite for attending the conference on the 22nd.
On Friday , October 22, the conference will kick off at 9:30 CT with networking followed by a variety of lively presentations and interactive sessions before concluding by 4:00 pm CT after hearing from a great keynote speaking of the Future of Work. No need to book a flight or a hotel room -- enjoy the conference from the comfort of your office or living room. All times are in central time zone.
Ticket holders will receive an email with a special link and log in details at least two days before your ticket date. Please verify the accuracy of the email address you entered.
A non-refundable 4.9% processing fee will be added to each credit card transaction and a .99 service charge will be applied to each ticket at checkout.
Your Purchase confirmation email serves as evidence of what you purchased and how you paid. Additional receipts will not be issued. if you do not receive a confirmation, check your credit card and register again. For assistance, contact baldrigeconference@gmail.com
Cancellations made by October 7, 2021 will receive a refund less non-refundable ticket fees. Substitutions are available until Oct 14.
